Tool 2

  1. Take heart - you might not use a blog with your students but the rest of the tools hold some little jewels for you. I just know you will come away with at least one tool to use with your students. Now you just need to add your avatar (Voki) to your blog and then post about it by answering the questions on the 11 Tools page and then you will be finished with Tool one - yeehaw!

  2. I'm thinking how you could use a blog to post short videos in another language and ask your students to interpret what they hear even though they might not have all of the vocab. could you post something in the language and ask that they translate or respond in the language? Any possibility?

  3. I posted a song, for my students to interpret, and I awarded extra credit if the students emailed me their response. I didn't allow them to print out a report. I had assigned them, at the beginning of the year, to send me an email with their Spanish class name. They had to utilize/remember their email address to send me the assignment. 37 of 106 students submitted the extra credit...Now, they request to hear the song during study time in class...Nice!!!
